For general merchandise and clothing all returned items must be in original, unworn, unwashed, saleable condition with packaging intact.
Return postage to us is at your expense unless Charlies Store is at fault.
Postage of any exchange to you is at your expense.
You can drop off at Charlies Store Bathurst, Wagga or banjo’s Orange.
Please ensure all of your details and requirements are included with any returned items.
Size charts are garment measurements, not body measurements. You need to ensure your body measurement fits inside the garment measurements on the chart.
If your measure is between two sizes go up a size for a tighter fit, down a size for a looser fit.
All measurements are approximate and for reference only.
Lift or take off excess clothing so your stomach is bare.
Your waist is in line with your belly button. Measure directly around your body from your belly button.
Measure under your arms around the fullest part of your chest.
You can measure an existing top you have by measuring 1 cm below the sleeve join straight across the garment to get the ½ chest measurement.

Items can be delivered to a CSU campus free of charge to Bathurst, Orange, Wagga only.
We organise try on days on campus with the schools during the 1st few weeks of Semester one.
Your school will notify you of the dates and times for these.
